Grimfel: Origins is a grimdark fantasy graphic novel inspired by The Witcher, Dark Souls and Diablo

Hey guys,
A quick update regarding things. I am taking a small break from working on Grimfel (The Visual Novel) to finish writing for Grimfel: Origins and it is going incredibly well. Thanks to your feedback I have made changes to the plot which has strengthened Morag's origin story. I have also redesigned some of the comic strips which came across as weak and Morag has been given a much needed update in regards to her aesthetics. I am anticipating orders to get out there for the end of September. If that changes, I'll let you know of course.
Morag's origin story goes into how she became so powerful that she could rival and outsmart the gods. I also have fleshed out the world of Grimfel to explain how its essentially a pessimistic world full of sin, brutality, apathy and depression. Though Morag is cast as the antagonist of the story, she also resembles a protagonist because her intentions to change Grimfel are pure and just but comes at a great expense.
Another thing I wanted to share was that Grimfel The Visual Novel has been adapted into a novel and is now in the hands of a publisher. Every backer will receive a copy of this book for free but you can find a preview of it here
With my current obligations, the release date for Grimfel: The Novel will come out early 2024. Though the publisher wants to take it to Kickstarter for pre-orders. There is no obligation for current backers to back the project as again you'll be getting the digital version for free unless you wanted a paperback/hardback copy.
This book will serve as a sequel to Grimfel: Origins. Though is a seperate story and not a continuation. It will span over 400 pages.
My focus is currently on getting Origins into your hands and then getting the game out there.

Hello guys, hope you've all had a lovely weekend. Just another quick update. I had Covid for the last 2 weeks so it pushed me back with the dates a week or so but we're still going to be on track. Merch orders such as T-shirts, pendants and prints will start shipping individually around the 15th April so I believe this will be the first of the few things you should receive.
As for Grimfel: Origins I have made progress with the strips and they are looking incredible. I just now need to tie up plot holes and various things recommended by my editor. Apologies for that delay but I want to make sure everything is right for you.
So NSFW prints, tarot cards, T-shirts and other merch that ships from the printer will arrive separately and from 15th April. I will inform you via message when they are due to ship so keep an eye out. There's quite a lot of you so expect a message in a 2-3 week timeframe from 15th.
Grimfel: Origins once completed will then be available as a digital download and then be sent to the printer for the physical editions. I'll do my best to get those out as soon as I can.
